The TESA WS3980C-PROv2 version 2 weather station is a colour 7.5" LCD display Wi-Fi weather station that supports indoor and outdoor monitoring. It is also one of the first consoles to support connection to the Ecowitt IoT devices, achieving smart control through the Ecowitt App.
The TESA WS3980C-PROv2 connects to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, allowing you to view uploaded data from anywhere on your phone, tablet, or computer browser—all for free when uploaded to the www.ecowitt.net website.
The display has built-in temperature, humidity, and barometric pressure sensors, which receive readings from outdoor sensors on the 433MHz frequency.
The 7-in-1 sensor array transmits wind speed, wind direction, rainfall, UV, solar radiation, temperature, and humidity to the console. It also includes a solar panel to power the unit during daylight and extend the battery runtime.
The TESA WS3980C-PROv2 can be used with a variety of additional add-on sensors.
