Our weather station had succumbed to the elements so this was the perfect fix without having to purchase a whole new one.

What a great product at a great price. I bought this wondering how I was going to save the old retaining U clamps which were totally rusted. No worries, this comes with a new mounting pole and U clamps making replacing my 4-5 year old unit a breeze. It also comes with the indoor unit should you need it.

This was a replacement outdoor unit for an earlier one that failed after 2 years. I took it apart on arrival to spray the main board with sealer to try to get a longer life. However i discovered the whole board was coated in what appeared to be a wax or silicone sealer. This was a very much needed upgrade over the vulnerable an unprotected original unit. I reassembled and installed the new unit with no mods and without any problems, and am confident it will last much longer.

Very fast delivery. Other unit lasted 4 years approx. Easy to swap over. Added bonus is the indoor sensor is included! 5 star service... The weatherranger is good product for the price, connection to Wunderground very easy... highly recommend.

Great unit received a day or two after ordering. Very easy to set up and works well with my weather console. Scientific Sales are a very good company to deal with. The unit had been running about 3 years and the temperature sensor started showing -50 degrees. They advised that you can't buy a single sensor and needed the whole package. I ordered a new unit and it came the next day and was very easy to install. The price was reasonable compared to Davis units I have had previous experience with. I opened the sensor package and the parts are not made to be serviced.

I purchased this module to replace a faulty unit. It works as advertised, was really easy to set up and I am satisfied with it. Weather Underground's app interfaces with it well and gives me everything I need to know. Scientific Sales service was faultless with quick delivery.
