Product Description
The LCD Driver is used to connect character LCDs to the 1-Wire network. It supports LCDs up to 20 x 4 or 40 x 2, that use the industry standard HD44780 controller and have a compatible single row pin out. It also includes support for 3 buttons. This is a fully assembled and tested unit, but does not include the LCD itself.
This device has RJ45 (standard network) connectors for connection to your 1-Wire network. If using a backlit LCD, a power supply is required. You can use our Universal AC Adaptor (not included), or you can provide your own. The power supply must provide between 9-24 volt DC on a 2.1mm center-pin positive connector.
